The images used are depictions of important scenes and characters in the manga, such as this scene marking the first major disagreement between the two main characters.
A mysterious red-and-white pill capsule plays an important role in the story, so I wanted to surprise the viewer by metaphorically showing that the pill had "been" there the whole time.
The majority of the names shown (except for my own name and the creators of the music I used) are the original cast and crew of the 1988 film adaptation.
